Enrollment Guide NEW Student

Admission 

New student applicants and old students from the old portal must go through the same process but will vary depending on the student application status selected if;

  1. New - student application status with new as a prefix means that the student will not request for crediting of courses or subjects from the previous school.  
  2. Transferee - student application status with “transferee” prefix, the student is requesting for crediting

a. Student applicant selected transferee will be asked if they want to proceed with self-evaluation (Yes or No)

i. Yes – if a student has a copy of a previous credential and wants to have an overview of what subjects or courses may be credited, can proceed with self-evaluation. (Note: Self-evaluations are still subject to approval by

OED Evaluation Unit) ii. No – if a student wants OED to evaluate the submitted credential, the student may select No and proceed to the next step.  

SIS Enrollment with Student Application Status - NEW 

  1. Once logged in to oedportal.amauonline.com go to Enrollments
  2. Click add a new category, a category in enrollment should match with the “Enrollment Details” in your profile
  3. Select category you wish to enroll

 

4. Student will be routed to new page

            

5. Click proceed and you will be routed to submission of requirements page

6. Submit or accept waiver to proceed for choosing of courses to enroll 

 

  1. Documents submitted during enrollment is for evaluation purposes only
  2. Registrar unit may still request for Authenticated or original copy of requirements with proper remarks.  

7. Select courses to enroll for the term and click proceed 

  1. Basic Education & Junior High School - all subjects must be taken in 1 enrollment 
  2. Senior High School – all subjects for the term must be taken 
  3. Undergraduate - student may enroll min of 3 courses to max of 10 course or 24 units whichever comes first. 
  4. Post Graduate and CPT – minimum of 2 maximum of 3 subject per trimester 

Note: Selected courses are subject for approval and possible to based on the evaluation policy 

 

8. Review number of courses you want to take, and total assessment before submitting the enrollment details. You may also add discounts if applicable (discounts are available only for BE, JHS, SHS, UG and PG) Once completed you may proceed for evaluation. Note: Upload documents when availing discounts, for evaluation purposes, failure to submit are subject for disapproval.

   

 SIS Enrollment with Student Application Status - TRANSFEREE 

  1. Once logged in to oedportal.amauonline.com go to Enrollments
  2. Click add new category, category in enrollment should match with the “Enrollment Details” in your profile
  3. Select category you wish to enroll

           

4. Prompt message will appear, if you want to proceed with self-evaluation;

 

            

Note: Click yes, if you have copy of your previous credentials and want to see the overview of courses/subjects that will be credited; Click “No” if student want OED to check courses can be credited from previous school.

 

4.1If student select “Yes”, student will be routed to enrollment details page

            

 

4.1.1Click ADD COURSE to add previously taken subjects.

            

 

4.1.2Added course will automatically search for match in your selected program curriculum

4.1.3Once you have added course/s to be credited, click proceed you will be routed to submission of requirements page (step number 5)

           

4.2 If student select “No”, student will be routed to submission of requirements page

 

 

5. Submit or accept waiver to proceed for choosing of courses to enroll 

 

5.1 Documents submitted during enrollment is for evaluation purposes only

5.2 Registrar unit may still request for Authenticated or original copy of requirements with proper remarks.  


6. Select courses to enroll for the term and click proceed 

     6.1Basic Education & Junior High School - all subjects must be taken in 1 enrollment 

     6.2 Senior High School – all subjects for the term must be taken 

          6.2.1 Subjects in Senior High School are split into three, Core, Specialized  

     6.3 Undergraduate - student may enroll min of 3 courses to max of 10 course or 24 units whichever comes first. 

          6.3.1 Courses are split in two types Academic and Non-Academic Courses, please check carefully when choosing courses to enroll 

          6.3.2For courses with general titles or no specific courses, e.g. Electives, Major Electives and/or Life-Long-Learning, student may select specific titles at the bottom page of the curriculum 

        6.4 Post Graduate and CPT – minimum of 2 maximum of 3 subject per trimester Note: Selected courses are subject for approval and possible to change based on the evaluation policy

8. Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail for your enrollment application
