What if my credentials weren’t uploaded?
If your credentials have not been successfully uploaded, you may send them through a ticket (Office of the Registrar). Please indicate your full name and the degree you are planning to take.

What if I do not have my credentials yet?
Please email a waiver that you will be submitting your credentials within 60 days. We may open subjects and you can select subjects you would like to enroll for the mean time while waiting for your credentials to be evaluated.
Do I need to submit the hard copy of my credentials?
Yes. Please secure the hard copy of all the requirements and send them to AMA University Online Education, 59 AMA Bldg. 2, Panay Avenue, Quezon City. But you may just send them after enrollment.
How long is the evaluation process?
The duration of the evaluation varies on the number of credentials being evaluated. This may take 2 to 5 working days.
